Abstract: Owing to the revision of the ministerial ordinance of the School Education Low enforcement rule, the research institutionsf need for constructing their own Guide to Researchers has arisen. Researchmap, which is the scientific infrastructural service for researchers, prepares the data providing function for external systems. Application of this function enables research institutions to disclose their own Guide to Researchers at low cost in a short period. At the same time, researches are able to disclose their high qualified information of research activities sustainably for a long period. This paper will present the merits of the application of Researchmap in a cloud environment to construct individual Guide to Researches by research institutions.
