The development of information society in China, and a change in the society

Abstract : It is IT industry that was pulled Chinese economic growth. Now world economy expecting that deregulation and competition in the information technology field after joining to WTO in November 2001. It is being expected to shoulder an important part in the world ecomomy even if China moves it to “the market of the world" by this at the same time with “the factory of the world." There is still a little research on a change in society caused by the economic growth though there are too many reports about the progress of the Chinese macro-economy, especially the increase in the performance in the world economy.
The thing that argued a change in society caused by information is rare. It is reported about the following point by this report. The development movement of informatization in China is grasped from Statistics data. I want to refer to the problem as a future change in the society.

Abstract : Electronic processing of a scholarly journal is progressing worldwide. In China, construction of CNKI which is the synthetic database of the magazine which does not look at a similar case in the world in the hugeness of the quantity, a newspaper, and a degree and a society paper rose as a national enterprise. Favorable management continues in China. Use overseas also became possible from 2000. and CNKI serves as existence which cannot be disregarded as a tool for acquiring the information on Chinese also in Japan which exchange of economy and culture with China enhances.
